Miss Shereen Ahmad
I am a fourth year medical student at the University of Nottingham and would love to provide quality teaching and mentoring to students that are struggling to achieve the grades that they require. I will constantly strive to ensure that my students are excelling and achieving their fullest potential.
Tutoring experience
I tutor GCSE Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Maths and French. I have been tutoring since 2018, for five years, therefore I have extensive experience in tutoring. I have received all 9s at GCSE in the subjects I teach and all A*s-As at A level.
Approach to tutoring
I work through the content with my students in a logical and step-by-step manner, ensuring they thoroughly understand the information through innovative and engaging methods. I then work through exam technique and applying it to exam questions.
I have tutored students of varying ages, personalities and abilities so I know how important it is to be flexible and accomodate my teaching styles around their needs and level of understanding.
As I am currently in the education system, I have a solid understanding of effective revision methods and what examiners are looking for.
