Dr Matthew French
I'm a young enthusiastic teacher. I currently teach Physics at a independent school in Bristol. Prior to starting teaching I studied Physics at Bristol University and then continued into research, completing a PhD in 2009. Over the last few years I have written a number of papers in the Physics Education journal. I have recently been investigating techniques for increasing the amount of information pupils can recall - the resulting paper has recently been published in the Journal of Educational Research.
Tutoring experience
I currently teach AQA iGCSE Physics and Edexcel AS/A2 Level Physics, last year I taught AQA GCSE Physics and OCR Advancing Physics AS/A level. However I am familiar with all courses and have experience of Edexcel GCSE Maths and AQA AS/A2 Physics.
Approach to tutoring
This can be tailored to the needs of the pupil.
