Mr Hassan Shubar
I am a student currently doing my A-Levels; Mathematics, Chemistry & Biology in order to go futher up in education and to study Medicine. I have a great understanding in these three subjects especially having achieved a Grade 9 for Maths, A* in Chemistry and A* in Biology, averaging over 95% in exams for these subjects.
As well as studying, I have other hobbies such as playing table tennis as it requires skill and accuracy in order to catch out your opponent and also I like to cycle for general health and well being.
Tutoring experience
When I was in secondary school, I used to host lessons for a group of 5 students when I had free study periods which had a major positive effect on them as it boosted their grades from a Low D Grade to a High A grade in the course of 6 weeks, and one of which achieved an A* in the end at GCSE. As I study by myself at times, I have acquired various studying techniques which are very effective for both memory and application into the subjects.
Approach to tutoring
I can provide tutoring at the students home, or at a local library of your choice or even my home if need be. The first lesson will be an introduction into how we will approach the subject topics in order to turn the weaknesses into strengths, along with general understanding of the topic as well as practise questions and end of topic tests. At the end of the sessions, a final test with all of the topics learned will be done to allow us to understand if there are any more topics that the student feels that they need practise with or if they are prepared for their final exams. By doing this, this will ensure that the student will get the best grade that they possibly can.
